What services do you provide?

We check your website, reviewing areas such as browser compatibility, encryption adequacy, user interaction, loading speed, mobile compatibility and more. We will typically send you by email:

1. A report with further information regarding our evaluation.
2. We will assign your website a Digital Certification Rating and send you an official certificate.

What do your tests consist of?

As a starting point, we perform tests according to a set of standards we have defined. We leverage our expertise to perform tests according to good industry practice.

How much do your services cost?

As we are introducing our services in the market, we offer a Free Trial to all our customers, valid for a year. Thereafter, we will offer annual renewals. Additionally, we also offer Enterprise services for large companies at affordable fees when compared to the costs of web maintenance and updates, and certainly when compared to business losses incurred due to an ineffective site.

How long does it take to receive the rating?

Standard processing times depend on the amount of work we may have at any given point, but we aim to complete within 5 business days from receiving your request. We will contact you via email if we anticipate your rating will be delayed.

I have made changes to my website after your review. Can I have my site checked again?

You can either wait for your rating to expire to get a new one or pay for a re-check.

I haven’t received an invoice.

If you have not received an invoice by email, please check your spam folder first. If it isn’t there, please contact our customer services team who will re-send the invoice to the email address registered.

Do prices include tax?

We are based in the United Kingdom, and as such, we include tax where appropriate. We maintain one price list in our website, and the amount quoted on our site is final.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the issue. We offer refunds on a case by case basis.

Do you have any other payment methods than those listed on your website?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and any cards or payment methods accepted by PayPal in your country. Volume discounts are paid by bank transfer. Our Partners, resellers, sales agents and employees are not authorized to take payments on our behalf.

I am a VAT registered business in Europe, but I didn’t enter my VAT details when I purchased the services.

The net price of your purchase will not change whether you are VAT registered or not, as we maintain a single price list in our website. If you require a VAT invoice, please contact our customer service team.

Have you changed your prices recently?

Can I obtain a website review through one of your partners?

At present, you can only obtain a Digital Certification Rating through this website. Neither our partner digital agencies nor any other third parties are authorized to issue ratings.

What are Approved Partners?

Our Approved Partners are digital agencies or reputable web professionals around the world that provide design and development services. They are specialists who can help you improve your website.

We carefully identify the best agencies in the world to ensure you have access to the best service. Our partners represent a range of sizes: from large companies that provide global services, to highly skilled individuals who have exceptional talent.

How can I become a partner?

Can I use a partner from a different country?

We generally recommend using a local partner to ensure easy communication and individualized service tailored to the needs of your local clientele. However, you are free to engage any of our partners, no matter where they are located.

You must consider that quotes will always be different if you are comparing, for example, the costs of a partner in Europe with one from Asia, due to inherent differences in cost of living, tax, infrastructure, personnel salaries, etc.

What is a Digital Certification Rating?

A Digital Certification Rating indicates the overall quality of your website based on the independent assessment and evaluation we have performed of it.

The Digital Certification Rating can be displayed on your website or at your place of business, and acts as a quality trust mark to your customers. Your visitors will instantly know that your site was independently checked.

How can I obtain a Digital Certification Rating?

A Digital Certification Ratings can only be obtained through our website. The rating is not available from partner digital agencies or from field sales agents.

What is the criteria to rate websites?

The criteria for rating websites is defined by us, and as such, we reserve the right to disclose it. Typically, websites are rated depending on the number and severity of the issues we find.

Can I receive a better rating if I obtain a second review?

Each review is a fresh take on your website. If you have made changes to provide an improved digital experience to your visitors, then it is possible that you might receive an improved Digital Certification Rating.

However, please understand that in order to maintain the integrity of our ratings, we cannot guarantee an improved rating.

What can I do if I disagree with the rating?

All ratings are final.

What are your working hours?

Our customer success and sales teams are available from 10am to 10pm CET from Monday to Friday.

Website reviews are performed from 9am to 6pm CET from Monday to Friday. In some cases, depending on workload, we might also perform reviews on Saturdays.

I entered the wrong domain name when applying. Can you fix it?

If you have already entered payment information and need to change the submitted domain name, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have begun our review, we cannot change the domain name, and you will have to apply again with the correct domain.

My website is not live yet. Can you review it?

We can, so long the website can be accessed via the Internet.

Why do you invoice your monthly review services annually?

In order for us to provide a reliable and consistent service, we need to ensure we are adequately staffed to respond to the increasing demand for our services. Annual contracts also reduce the administrative overhead of invoicing and billing.
